The VT Cosmetics Cica Cream is a gel cream formula that provide a non-tacky, non-greasy or non-oily, moisture with VT Cicaliao cream made with a balance of oil and water. Great for sensitive skin as it is formulated with Beta-Glucan for improved hydration, Ceramide NP to enhance water/hydration retention of your skin, and Panthenol 85 to calm your sensitive skin.
